Yellowing/drooping leaves

What do I do? Help! #RubberPlant
2ft to light, indirect
5” pot without drainage
Last watered 1 month ago
repotting would be great and add a pole
It needs drainage. soil looks moisture rich. Rubber plants don’t like that. Plant in peat with vermiculite so it drains fast. Only bottom water. It doesn’t need a lot of water so keep it on the dry side.
Rubber trees can be very fussy sometimes. They don't tolerate direct sun leaves can burn, and they hate sudden temperature changes and drafts. I agree you should take it out of the pot and check for root rot . Clean up the roots and repot using a well draining potting soil and a pot with drainage holes. Start your soil mix with peat moss or cocoa coir, add perlite, some orchid bark, and you can put a little sand in there as well. Water till it begins to drip from the bottom and water again when the soil has dried down 2 to 3 inches. Mine is currently 7ft tall in a 20 inch pot. I water her every 15 days. She is doing great. If you should lose too many leaves, you should easily be able to prop in water and replant. Several of your leaves look to be yellowing at the top. Good luck
