Drooping leaves
#WhiteBirdOfParadise I repotted my Bird of Paradise 4 months ago and not sure what it is lacking. It’s now in a much larger, self watering pot and figured it would continue to droop until the root structure expanded. However I’ve had two large leaves completely break off and now concerned something else might be going on. I live in the NW so the days are short and I’ve had to move it away from the window so that it’s not directly in front of the heater. It’s about 7’ from the window. I purchased a humidifier last week to help with the dry air. Any suggestions? Grow light perhaps?

They don’t care for wet soil. A self watering pot might be too much for it. Especially if you increased the pot size. I usually water when mine is 75% dry. I also have it under a grow light since they need very strong light.
