Diseases? Bugs? Or soemthing else

And what’s the best treatment.
I bought plants online, and I first thought it’s physical damage but now thinking its something else since its getting worse.. what should i do??

@Raydensmom to me it looks like physical damage during shipment. That’s to be expected when plants are being shipped. Carriers miss handle plants which may have caused the physical damage. You could always send the seller pics of the plant to see if they are willing to work with you on refunding some of your money. Most credible sellers will do that even after you have had your plant that long. Also If its been 18 days since since you last watered it, that could be your problem.

Your Philodendron enjoys weekly watering sessions, allowing its soil to completely dry out between waterings to prevent overwatering and root rot. During the winter months feel free to water your Philodendron less frequently, adjusting to let it dry out fully.
