Root rot, grab 1/3 cup rubbing alcohol 2/3 water and spray it on the infected spot let it dry before planting it in dry soil then water and leave it, it’s due to watering to frequently

You can yes I’d also cut just the dark part off of the end before spraying with alcohol

Looks like led by overwatering. Issue is root rot. You can salvage your aloe by cutting down the mushy part
