From what I can find it looks to be a hybrid or maybe an individual branch of the hybrids. I'm seeing aloe tct which looks very close too it.
Aloe hemmingii is similar. If you google mosaic aloe you find alot of different hybrids which are very similar too. I do not believe it to be a tiger tooth though I have one growing great that looks completely different.
