It’s sad, help!!!

#RubberPlant hey, so I thought maybe I had my plant close to to my plant light so I moved it and was watering it once a week. It’s slowly gotten better but all growth of leaves have stopped. I also just repotted her thinking maybe that was the issue too. What should I do or what’s the cause of the leaves becoming rough and more bendable?

Were the leaves burning? If not, maybe move it back closer to the light. The white speckles and yellow discoloration along the central vein are of concern. Spots could be spider mites or thrips, hard to say without a look at the underside.
