It looks like thereβs either root rot or a nutrient deficiency. Hoyas are typically treated like succulents and your pot -while it looks like itβs not a self-watering unit - may have a slight bump in the center from when it was poured. You can only notice from inside so I would start there. Often, your soil becomes depleted and needs to be changed to get fresh nutrients. I do this to my plants every Spring and Autumn. When was the last time it was fed and watered? I would also use some liquid copper in the foliage and at the next watering. Do not use it on days you fertilize. Skip that day then add a bit of copper to the water at each watering for the next two months to help eradicate any unfamiliar issues. Make sure itβs also getting adequate light and only distilled/rain water.
