Hello! I'm new to Greg and plant care generally. Lancelot had been bopping along when suddenly his lower leaves began to discolor a few months ago. I moved him out of direct sun and added fresh soil, but new growth and low leaves are turning brown. What can I do to help him? Should I snip off the sad leaves? #prayersformyprayerplant
10ft to light, indirect
6” pot with drainage
Last watered 2 days ago
It could be in shock from the transplant
Oh! We got a water softener! I've been doing a little research and that seems to be a likely cause of the change.
Rattlesnakes aren’t huge fans of direct light. Their leaves can burn easily.
You want to use distilled water, bottled water, or rainwater instead of tap water. We have a reverse osmosis filter and I use that water. Tap water has too many chemicals and some plants react poorly to it.
