I seemingly never have to water this plant
In the care card, it said to check the bottom 50% of soil every few days, and if it’s damp don’t water it. I’ve only watered it like 2-3 times in 6 months and Greg is telling me to water every 15 days. Will I overwater Jacon?

Greg depends on your settings, if you have your goals set to “grow”, it may just be trying to help that!
Greg’s magic works from using data gathered from other users.
If you want to skip their suggestion, which is totally viable, just swipe left when it comes to watering day. I’ve got a plant I do that for most times. If you’ve got a pattern or plan that works for Jacon, continue with it! It’ll add to Greg’s knowledge, whatever you choose! 🌱
@Nallon couldn't have said it better myself.

I will add that my (also large) cornstalk dracaena gets watered every 13 days and is happy.
I have a corn plant that has the same issue! It has well draining soil, yet I check it once/month and it’s always fairly moist! It’s about 7 feet from a west window & I water it with rain water every few months. It’s as if it thrives in neglect and the less I water it, the better. I just keep checking the dampness with a water meter and snoozing it.
