Looks like it. They have to be acclimated carefully to be in direct sun.

Is it in direct sunlight? If so…it may have burned the leaves. I don’t think monsteras like that. They like indirect light.

This could be sunburn. Monsteras don’t like direct sun. Don’t know how much light your plant gets.
