Bear Paw Succulent

Hello all. This is my Bear Paw succulent which I’ve had for about a year. It seems to be wilting. I was wondering why? It’s currently summer here, and it sits on a shelf about a metre from the window. It gets watered every two weeks, and on occasion I’ll sit it closer to the window. Thanks for your help. #HappyPlants #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #PlantAddict #NewGrowth #PropagationStation #SucculentLove #PlantTherapy #GrowLights

Hi and welcome to Greg! It looks very dehydrated. When was the last time you watered? It may need more frequent watering if your mix is drying too fast.
It looks like it may need some water. Also, it may be a good idea to check the roots if they are dead or rotted. The plant is not able to absorb water correctly because the roots are damaged so essentially the plant isn’t getting water like it should after checking the roots if anything is wrong, you can trim the dead parts and repot into dry soil mix and water after a day or two because if the roots are freshly cut, wet soil can cause bacteria and fungus to infect the newly cut roots. So it’s best to let them callus before watering.
They do require more water in the summer. I water mine every 10 days now when it gets hotter and brighter out may have to do a little bit x4 days.
