@Gingyhouse yea that doesn’t have the right info on it. If you assume that it is most other grow lights, it must be within 6-12” to provide a benefit. Don’t assume your plant is getting enough light go to just because there is a grow light. Be skeptical and if the plants loves it great if not then you will have been on the lookout to make changes if necessary
@Gingyhouse hi welcome to Greg. Each light is different and there are a lot of inferior lights out there. Do you have specifications? Look for PAR or PPFD factor. Often they will give a 3 digit number, which is the rating when the light is so many inches above the plant.

You can’t go wrong with GE grow lights
Since the light my plant leaves are almost vertical with new buds appearing. Very happy plant.
I put a red light filter on my light and it’s changing colours. So beautiful. πŸͺ΄πŸŒ±
