yellow leaves on a Pothos can be due to:

Too much direct sunlight.
Too much or poor-quality fertilizer.
root rot due to overwatering.
Fungal disease.
Exposure to cold or hot temperatures.
underwatering.

Does your pot have drainage, it’s hard to tell? Is one side more yellow than another, I know you said bottom was yellow but it looked like one side more than the other.
