Help! What is happening to my #UmbrellaPlant ?!

This beloved plant has been thriving. Tons and tons of new growth after a re-pot this spring. Using a mix of soil and perlite in a draining container. South facing window. Water regularly. Noticed some leaves dropping recently, didnโ€™t think much of it. But now I noticed what appears to be a mad fungal/mold infection on the lower portion/branch.
What do I do?? Thank you! #HappyPlants #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #PlantAddict #NewGrowth #PlantTherapy #PlantCorner

Looks like it could be either powdery mildew I would get a fungicide and treat it might have to cut it back
Mmhm. I agree, or mealy bugs. Hard to tell from these pictures. Again, I agree with @Michelle5986 Get some fungicide and might as well get some pest treatment as well. Many people recommend we the wild, arbor, and dead af.
@PopularRimu Matthew, are you able to take it outside to give it a good hose down? If not, I would recommend using the shower to get all that stuff off of the leaves and then treat it appropriately based on whatever treatment you decide to use. Good luck and I hope every thing works out for the best. Happy Growing!!!
