I have one myself an i put mine in mother earth
potting mix some off the best stuff on the market I think an I literally wait till it's completely dry before I water. Sence switching mine to mother Earth it has really kicked off

@IdolPygmyiris Hoya don’t unfurl, so this isn’t one of them.
Growth pattern for reference: They have two little baby leaves on the nodes that slowly grow bigger. The ends have a tip that looks like this too.

These are runners I cut off mine and now they are getting leaves
