My new Citronella is a bit crispy, any advice?

Got it 3 days ago at the grocery store so i know it’s likely that they just didn’t take care of it well, but if anyone has tips to get it looking better, that would be so very appreciated :)

@LightRamsons I find I have to water it often and it likes lots of sunlight.
