Help please

I hoping these are not what I think they are. Are these #thrips ? I have no clue what to do #help

Oh no 🫣Take it out right away!! Spray her down with neem oil or rubbing alcohol. Keep her isolated for at least a month and make sure to keep treating every few days. You might want to get some systemic insect control for the soil. Make sure you read the directions very carefully should you choose that road. Good luck!
Unfortunanatwly they do appear to be those tiny pests. I would poke one with a tooth pick and see if it moves for sure. Some ways to deter them could be using a spray bottle with slightly soapy water. Lightly mist the the top of the leaves and underside. Then be sure to gently wipe each leaf off until all those white spots are gone. Continue to monitor every couple days and they should stop coming back eventually.
