The browning and crispy leaves look to be old growth. You need to trim those off. The best way to do so, is to follow the natural shape and bottom line of the leaves and "peel" them fully from the stem. This will give the stems a look that is similar to bamboo. So the browning leaves are just naturally old leaves, nothing to worry about, as this plant is very hardy and can take all different kinds of conditions. It may be time to repot it into a bigger pot as well. โก
