Why is she dropping leaves

Difficult to tell, but from the downward droop of the leaves, it's etiolating (stretching for light). It could also be over watered, especially if she's in a standard house potting mix. Succulents need really good drainage to avoid root rot. You could amend the soil with perlite, pumice, sand, orchid bark, anything to make the mix chunky and provide aeration.

As for the etiolation, increasing the amount of light is the only fix. Grapto's can handle direct sunlight; gradually increase it's for exposure to sunlight and it should start growing more compactly.
