Big leaves browning off

Anyone have insight into why these big leaves are browning off? There’s been no environment or watering change. The new small leaves have been that way for a while but the large are falling. There appear to be very fine spider/cobwebs on the fallen leaves

It may due to too much heat or sun exposure through a window, especially when associated with dryness
Excess light, poor root health from overwatering or underwatering or
Insufficient fertilization, and lastly due to insect infestation!!

It is spider mites! Thank you! This is what’s left after neem, the culprit ivy plant is a total loss

Two days after treatment and there were a few left so I isopropyl’d them off. Turns out 70% works much better than neem, but only for the leaves. Unfortunately there are a few more that had mites too
