New plant, does it look ok?
I just got this plant over the weekend and the leaves are kinda droopy and one has browned a tiny bit on the tip. Is this normal or is it supposed to be more perky? Tips appreciated! :)
4” pot with drainage

I’m not great with dwarf banana’s as that is what it looks like but I don’t think it’s supposed to be already dropping like that. When was the last time it was watered? Do you know? You should probably check it and see. x
Ahhh just realised you said it was last watered 4 days ago which is great, so it shouldn’t need a water but maybe it needs more direct sunlight?
@Lizzie28 just a few suggestions here! 😁
These plants LOVE sunlight. If it's sitting 10 feet away from a northwest window, it isn't getting much light.

I'd find a place closer to the light for your plant. They love water, so just make sure the soil drains well.
@sarahsalith thank you!! I have a southeast facing window but this northwest one gets great light without being too direct so plants love it!! I’ll move it closer to the window and see if it helps
@buschlitebecs let us know how it grows. (:
@sarahsalith will do!! She’s right on the window sill now!!
@buschlitebecs just so you know, if dwarf bananas are anything like regular bananas, they can get UGLY in the winter. (: Today is the first day my plant has been outside since November! But they'll push new leaves right back out once they soak up enough light.
