Peace lily having issues

Last time I watered my peace lily was after I got back from a trip (8/19) and I noticed one side was wilting and the other popped back up after watering.

Since one side had brown and yellow leaves (including baby leaves) what can I do to help my baby????

I think you've got two plants in there. One has root rot, while the other is still healthy. Remove them from the pot and check the roots. Remove the plant that's affected, cut off most of the roots and repot. The healthy one can be left alone
