Most of the time is just acclimateing to its new environment. Just clip off the yellowing leaves, and it should adjust soon enough. It's no different than you moving to a new house. You need to get accustomed to it. Well, so do our dramatic plants, lol 😆

Whether to bring it in depends on your weather and how much light it’s getting. Avoid leaving it in temperatures below 50F. It needs bright indirect light so you need to make sure it’s not getting much direct sun, if any. Also, avoid contact with its sap. It is poisonous. It’s best to use gloves.
