@GracefulKeylime it’s a symptom of both overwatering and underwatering! Overwatering can have yellowing leaves and so does underwatering, which I saw one or two in your photo. Most newer people that come on here have overwatered, and I admit, my brain automatically leaned to that side, because underwatering (for the most part) is a way easier fix than overwatering.
@GracefulKeylime can you take a picture with better lighting, and post it here in the comments so we can see what’s going on? And tag me otherwise Greg doesn’t let people know you’ve responded.

Also, did you water it the day of repotting? When did you water it last before the repot? And what did you repot it into soil wise? What were the roots looking like when you repotted?
@TheOddAsity i watered a bit on the day of repotting and i last watered it i think a week before the soil is regular potting soil and the roots were long and began coming out of the drainage hole of the last pot so i thought it would be good to repot i am new to this and dont know much
@GracefulKeylime we have all been the newbie! Based on what I see here, it looks like it has been β€œoverwatered”. This can happen if it wasn’t ready to be watered on the repot, or if the soil is holding on to too much water. I think the latter is the case. If you were to stick your finger into the side of the pot how moist is the underneath soil? Regular potting soil usually needs things added, like perlite, to it to help with the drainage. These are tropical plants that don’t grow in areas where the soil is as dense as potting soil. I would check the roots to see if it’s wet, and make efforts to dry it out until you can add perlite to the soil.
@TheOddAsity well i stuck my finger fully into the soil and it was pretty much dry, what should i do?
@GracefulKeylime πŸ˜‚ of course it is! I wonder if it just needs more water then? I would bottom water it, then. Place it in a bowl of water and set a timer for about 20 min. It will absorb what it needs and then let it drain in the sink. It could have really just been needing a drink this whole time. It can take 24 hours to bounce back after watering.
@TheOddAsity could it be that? is the weak and soft leaves a symptom of underwatering?
@TheOddAsity okay, thank you so much i have it bottom watering right now! thanks for the help
@TheOddAsity hey! im sorry to reply again and bother but my plant has still not bounced back, is this bad? what should i do?
@GracefulKeylime how long was it limp for, before you posted and asked for help?
@TheOddAsity like a week or more if i can rememver
@GracefulKeylime I think you will see that, you will lose some leaves. And it will take time to see what is going to survive and what won’t. Don’t be hasty about cutting off nodes that lose their leaves. Bulecause you can propagate blank nodes OR add keiki paste to get them to regrow.
@TheOddAsity will it bounce back or no?
@GracefulKeylime Some of it Will, but I don’t think it all will. I had a neon marble queen that had some issues in the soil. And as time has gone by, I have lost about 1/3 of the leaves but it has taken a while for them to die. I always let the plant decide to let go of a leaf, vs me deciding, because it needs time to β€œturn off” the leaf.
@TheOddAsity okay thank you!
