I need help. She’s looking a bit withered. Idk how much water and how many times I need to water or how much sun she needs.

@Zazimazee Bird of Paradise love lots of bright indirect light, and some direct light too. Some symptoms of the plant suffering from lack of light are extreme leaf splitting, drooping leaves, new leaves that won't open, and leaf browning.

Water every 1-2 weeks, allowing soil to dry out between waterings. Expect to water more often in brighter light and less often in lower light. Pro tip: Birds of Paradise can benefit from filtered water or water left out overnight before using.
Your plant looks really good in the picture. They like right light (I just put mine outside) and they like to be watered throughly and deeply when the soil is dry.

BoPs can look ragged because their leaves tear very easily, but that just how it is.

Do you have a current picture? Your plant profile picture looks really healthy.
This is what she looks like now
Her leaves look slightly withered and curled
@KikisOasis thanks so much. Should I be watering 4 cups? Or is that too much?
@sarahsalith thank you. I really appreciate it. It’s cold here so I didn’t want to put her out yet. Waiting for the warm weather
