Is my baby rubber plant on the decline?

Itโ€™s been a whole year of having this plant in my home, and itโ€™s suddenly looking very worse for wear. I havenโ€™t repotted, I am scared to trim it in case I cause any further shock or damage, and I donโ€™t know why itโ€™s suddenly looking a bit sad.
The only thing thatโ€™s been different this year is that our warm weather went on longer than usual and the cold has crept up very quickly.
1ft to light, direct
8โ€ pot with drainage
Last watered 2 weeks ago
This is how heโ€™s looking currently:
@BreeMateljan Looks mostly ok to me a few lost leaves what were they like when they fell? Yellow? Brown? Dry? Etc.
It does look like the leaves could do with a wipe they look a bit dusty this will have an effect on the plant.
@TheLonelyDaff Theyโ€™re relatively green. Same level of dryness as on the plant normally. I have spied a few little brown bits on the edge of a leaf but nothing unusual
Looks fine to me, might just have been shock if its close to the window and got cold fast I've had that before.
Maybe try and warm them up a bit and see how that goes?
I got yellow leaves when I watered mine too much like once a week. Now I do every 2 weeks and it is thriving. They like sunlight too.
