Okay so he’s waterlogged and he’s currently draining… should I try to get as much dirt off the roots as I can or let it be? I’m still new to how to save a overwatered plant and I don’t want to remove more than necessary #overwatered

I don’t want to remove to much of the soil and ruin it but I don’t want to not remove enough. I’m still learning how to replant them lol
Since you have it out, you can put it on a paper towel or a cloth and let it rest overnight. (: I've done that before with plants I've accidentally overwatered.
I agree with @sarahsalith . I found one of my plants was totally waterlogged. I let it dry for a couple of days and I didn’t remove the soil. So far, so good!
@sarahsalith awesome! I at least threw out the waterlogged soil cuz it was so heavy. I drilled more holes in the bottom too
@TruthfulApricot I will eventually get the hang of this be able to care for them. I work from home and needed a hobby haha
👍 💯 with letting it sit outside of the pot to dry out. This has worked for me in the past
