Long runner growth

#AmydriumMediumSilver #amydrium #planthelp #MossPole what do you do when it shoots out a runner this long? I shouldโ€™ve put it on a pole sooner, should I chop the runner to prop but keep enough to put it on a pole?
4ft to light, indirect
4โ€ pot with drainage

You can start using a pole anytime โ€” but first you should move it into a new pot with sufficient space for the pole. Try to use one no more than 2-3 inches bigger than its current pot.
Also...I'm not sure I would chop & prop with such a small plant. The general recommendation is to remove no more than 25-30% of a plant's growth when pruning, & that vine looks to be about 75% of your entire plant ๐Ÿค“
