My Pink Syngonium has some white stuff on the roots
for some time my pink syngonium had not been growing that well, there were new leaves coming but they weren't unfurling, so I decided to check on the roots once I got the time and there are some white stuff on the roots, what do I do?

Looks like a. Root mealies or b. Fungus. Cut off affected roots. If you're left with not too many roots, apply cinnamon powder or other rooting hormone and root in water
