Mini phal orchid leaf

Hello! I noticed recently that one of my mini orchid’s leaves started yellowing and becoming thin and flimsy feeling. Can someone let me know the cause(s) of this? @pinkmilk Hi Taylor 👋 Your plant and roots look healthy other than that yellow, older leaf. A lot of times an older leaf will go to make room for a new leaf. You can remove it with a pair of sterilized scissors to prevent bacteria from spreading. ☺️👍 It's a completely normal occurrence.

If it’s the only leaf that falls, I wouldn’t worry about it. It looks healthy otherwise.
