Your pot says it doesn’t have drainage. If that’s the case, please repot where it will get proper drainage. Your soil may be too wet and the roots are suffocating in the wet soil. That’s where I would start. Next, I would swap out the soil to fresh soil and see if it even needs a larger pot. The roots may be too large for the pot it is in. Those are two considerations.

I bought her maybe a month or 2 ago. She was blooming, very green and full of flowers. Now it’s just drying out… but the dirt is a bit wet still.
She was on the balcony for a while, maybe she got burned.. its hard to understand.
