HELP!!! Please
Just noticed today that she’s wilting away. I have been following the guidelines of Greg but my baby isn’t doing so well. HELP!!!! #PolkaDotPlant #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #PlantAddict #PlantTherapy #NewPlantMom #GregGang
1ft to light, indirect
4” pot with drainage
Last watered 2 months ago
I realized this with my waffle plant. I have been checking my plants daily. Quite a few are wanting more water now that it is summer, so I check them with a water meter or my finger.
Polka dots are *picky*. Extremely picky at that. I have noticed that mine prefers distilled or purified water, and also I wait around a day or two from when I receive the notification here to water it. I also just cut mine because she hit a growth spurt in the past few weeks. Hope this helps!!!
Higher humidity, these guys need it, they’re terrarium plants. Mine got crispy tips no matter where I placed it, or how much/little I watered. As soon as I placed them in a closed area (I have one in a glass cabinet and two in closed terrariums) now they give me the brightest pink and fuzziest leaves with no crispy bits ! Such a transformation.
@HoyaAddict I have one of these too so thanks for this advice!
@Marthamaywho92 I find new cuttings do amazing! They grow soooo quickly 😍

Just remember this morning. I had fed her some liquid plant food. I wonder if I burnt the leaves with that. Did some extra research last night and that could be the problem.
