Geraniums have protested me so I don't know but I think you should wait. Everything on it looks new so far. Maybe give it a grow light?

@Luppsy You would have to cut it back and it would take some time for that. As mentioned above do you have it under a grow light for the winter ? If not leave it be till spring time then cut it back . Growing season is March through September without a grow light.
