Snow peas are fading

Is it because I've put it in direct sunlight for about 5 hrs a day? I know nothing - please help!

Young plants need to be hardened off if you start them inside. Hardening off can consist of placing them outside in the morning for an hour or so and gradually increasing the time. You've got to keep an eye on young plants because the sun can do more damage if you don't acclimate them slowly.
