How often do you water it? The most common cause of illness in succulents is overwatering and poor soil drainage

I wouldn’t put her in direct sunlight if that’s where you have her. Mine is in a south window with a sheer curtain so it gets bright but indirect sunlight. The pearls may be getting singed by the direct sunlight.
