It looks like you haven’t had it very long and I think some plants require adjustment. My daughter in law had a parlor palm and I remember it turning brown and stalks dropping off but a few months later it looks healthy.

Have you given new soil? Fertilized? Done anything different? Are the leaves spotted. My go to is one part paprika to 9part water. Try it out

You've probably heard to only water every 14 days, but if the soil is dry, water ur plant with a half cup of water. Ur plant looks young. Did you just bring it home? If so, it may be going through an adjustment period, which is normal. Some leaves might turn brown & fall off while the plant adjusts to its new environment. You can snip the brown leaves off with clean Sears. This will help the plant refocus its energy on new growth.
