Does it include a node? Or is it just a leaf and petiole [leaf stalk]? Both would work, but the latter is more interesting. Two methods for the second one; A., put the petiole in sphagnum, and make little incisions among the veins and apply rooting hormone. B., cut the leaf into strips, apply rooting hormone and lay in sphagnum such that the cut end closest to the petiole is facing down.
After a couple week to a few months, little plantlets should sprout either method :)
