Anyone know what’s up with these browning leaves?

yes I have one. It’s a humidity issue. It’s part of the calathea species and they love humidity. Some of my leaves have brown spots too. I started spritzing mine daily to help with the issue. Also you can do a pebble tray to keep the leaves from browning. Since you have no drainage then you won’t have to worry about the water going through the drainage hole. Get a 12 inch plastic drip tray (ones that you would use for pots with drainage) and fill it with pebbles and water. That will help with the humidity some. But I highly suggest spritzing your leaves everyday with water.
It might be a sign of root rot

When it asks for soil type. Not sure whether potting soil is “regular”...
