Rubber plant help

Hello! Asking for some help for my rubber plant! I brought this plant about 3 weeks ago and ever since I brought her home her leaves have been falling off! I repotted her in a mix of organic soil, perlite, and orchid bark. She has a grow light for about 8 hours a day. I’ve been giving her some time to adapt to a new environment but she doesn’t stop losing leaves! Any ideas? #RubberPlant

Could still be shock. I’ve had a few plants go through pretty bad shock from repotting and it took about a month maybe to show improvement. Does she have enough humidity? They like humidity maybe a light misting with distilled could help her bounce back?

Hi @Ccruz413 I agree with @LiftLashPlant it might be shock, how long ago did you repot? Are the soil is dry or when Greg tells you to?

Hi, my mother in law gave me hers 18 months ago, little more than a twig, I put it in my bathroom,south facing with diffused light and now it's 3ft tall. Maybe it'll help you
