Why are some of the leaves turning yellow?

what it looks to be is possibly over watering. you need to rid of the yellow leaves and make sure no part of the main stalk is mushy. it might even be a good idea to pull it from its pot, inspect the roots make sure there is no root rot and repot into fresh, dry, soil. ♡
