Hey guys can someone tell me what is wrong with her??

#Crassula
5ft to light, indirect
4ā€ pot with drainage
Last watered 3 weeks ago
Are you overwatering? Most succulent problems can always be traced back to overwatering
@Seedstarter I don’t think so but I think the soil is staying wet for too long. I added some perlite and bark to the succulent mix. I also moved her away from the grow lights some to make sure she’s not getting burnt. Any other suggestions?😊
@NovelCaleypea, you can move it back into the grow light since I doubt the problem is sunburn unless you spray an oil-based pesticide on the plant. Also, the light can help dry the soil faster; if you have any place with sunlight, that would be even better. I would also refrain from watering it in the future, as succulents do not need to be watered frequently and enjoy arid and hot conditions.
@Seedstarter I did spray it about a week or so ago with Captain Jack’s Neem oil bc the gnats were so bad. But I removed it from the grow lights for a whole day. Did I damage it with the spray?
@NovelCaleypea, was it pre-made, or did you have to mix it yourself
@Seedstarter premade
@NovelCaleypea, I doubt that is the problem since burns only occur if you place the plant back in the light immediately after spraying.
I’d like to add. The id šŸ†” is incorrect. This is not Crassula. See name on the pic
@vvvelo Thank you! I was wondering why the pictures were so different from my plant. The app told me it was a crasssula. Make more sense!😊 Now I can take care of it better.
Oh no, looks like a possible watering issue.
@Kingdoubletap1 Good Morning. What should I do to save it?
