Flowers not blooming

So i got this golden dewdrop month ago and I'm facing this problem where it just dont bloom flowers. :(
I water it twice a week
direct sunlight more than 6 hours
Leaves looking healthy

No drainage is typically the First thing you need to fix, no plant likes soggy soil. But in Beirut i Imagine it is pretty hot right now? Perhaps too hot? Try watering it more frequently and provide some kind of shadow for the sun.

Thank u lilli for your advice, i did not like the soil but since i bough it like this i though it's fine...? I will replace the soil and provide some shadow for the plant and hopefully it will bloom!!
