I've heard this called "doming" when they form a little dome. It could be becuase of too much water or it could be not enough sunlight.

@sarahsalith watered it today, the soil was dry throughout. Is there a way to make the leaves flatten out?
Time and proper care will allow them to straighten out. Don't force it.
