Ming aralia leaves could turn yellow if they receive too much water. These plants do not like standing water or excess moisture as it provides a favorable place for bacterial and fungal growth. Since the roots are soaked with the excess moisture in the soil, they won't be able to absorb oxygen and nutrients.

Watering Ming Aralia

You should water your plants when the top two inches of soil are dry. During the winter, you should cut back on watering. During the colder months, it's generally recommended to water Ming Aralias once a week because they are growing much slower than they did during spring and summer.

Unfortunately once they have turned yellow they won’t turn green again.
May be due to too much minerals in your water, try distilled water for a while
