It looks to me like the stem is getting woody, which is a natural part of the life cycle. The only discoloration I see on every leaf is the natural variegation in the leaves, it's just very subtle.
There is one leaf with a tiny brown speck. You should inspect it for pests but as long as you don't see it growing I wouldn't worry about it.
