Turning yellow?

My golden sedum looks like it’s starting to turn yellow. What should I do to help it get healthier?
1ft to light, direct
6” pot with drainage
Last watered 1 week ago
It looks fairly etoliated, I would give it a good healthy chop and root your cuttings. Is it possible you're over watering?
I have this outside in my garden , A good haircut will perk it right up . It will live quite a while like it is but will get very lanky . plus it won’t bloom if yellow . Luckily this is almost impossible to kill . Good luck
hii, I'm not too experienced so can't say anything for sure, but does it get direct sunlight for a long time throughout the day? if so, the colouration could perhaps be sun stress, which wouldn't be a major concern from what I heard (though it's important to watch out for especially hot days)

On the other hand, I'd say it looks quite leggy, seems like it has dropped some leaves. This could indicate lack of sunlight instead. They are very resistant tho so maybe just trim the "bald" strands (you could even try to propagate those, maybe) and see if there's a spot for them that gets more sunlight πŸ₯°β˜€οΈ
@BirdieKC I’ve been following the Greg schedule. If anything I don’t water it enough because I’m usually late watering it
@eeriewoodlander it hasn’t been dropping leaves lately. It used to all of the time
@NumberoneKowhai ooh I see. Some websites say it's good to water them once a week, others say 12-14 days, it's probably a safer idea to just check the soil and see whether or not it's bone dry and use the soak and dry method if so... schedules fail me quite often 😭 tis all about the environment, which can make it harder to predict.
How's the lighting for it?
@eeriewoodlander not great. I’m thinking lack of sunlight might be the issue. It’s been super cloudy for a few months now and when it is sunny it doesn’t always shine through this window
@NumberoneKowhai oop I sent a reply but I'm not sure if it went through, so apologies if it comes up twice πŸ˜…

aw, I get u 😬 I struggle with the same issue, it rains constantly where I live.

Perhaps it might be worth looking into grow lights in this case? I'd say they could be helpful if you live in an area where the weather is often rainy... unfortunately I cannot advise you on this myself cause the only thing I know ab them is that they exist lol πŸ˜… sorry bout that, if I stumble across any info that might be useful I'll make sure to post it here!
