SOIL DISAPPEAR !
I notise that the soil of my plant is slowley decress and the roots is coming outside, is it a sign for somthing to do ?

Could be either soil flushing out of drainage when watering or soul getting compacted which could be problematic. Either way I would repot and fill up with fresh soil if that hasn't been done lately.

Forgot to mention that a few scoops of perlite might be good to nix in the soil..

@thelegendsarah how long have you had these plants? It could be time to repot them and do these pots have drainage holes? I agree a few scoops of perlite added to the soil would be great for irrigation. Cut your roots first before repotting. They might not be root bound.
