Looks like sunburn to me. I'd move it further from the light source and remove the leaves that have *really* yellowed. I hope that helps! :)

I would say a humidity issue. Mine sits at at a West window with bright, indirect light (I'm in AZ and our heat right now, I can only leave blinds open in the morning). I supplement with grow light and humidifier close by. Hope it gets better for you!!
