It looks overwatered to me, from the pic. Succulents don’t like a lot of water because they store it in their leaves, stems, and roots. Let the soil completely dry out before watering again. The soil has to be bone dry. Make sure you pot has good drainage, and the plant is using well-draining cactus/succulent soil. I recommend “Miracle-Gro Cactus, Palm, and Citrus Potting Mix”.
Also make sure your plant is getting enough light. These plants require 6-8 hours of full direct sun.
