Citrus trees struggling 😭

Brought them out or bought them? I have a couple of lemon trees that look like yours ... they are dead. They didn't do well over the winter when the power was out.
You can take a sharp knife and carefully see if the others are alive.
Green = Good
Brown = Bad....
